Our kombucha is 100% raw Kombucha - unpasteurised & unfiltered. Handcrafted by the Bennetts in heart of the Southwest.
Ingredients: Water, Tea (we use an organic white tea which is naturally low in caffeine and full of polyphenols), kombucha cultures (SCOBY), sugar (this is what the naturally occurring beneficial bacteria munch, the time we bottle its LOW sugar) and natural / plant flavourings. That is it !!
